Log in to your Partial.ly account to make an extra or early payment, or to change your payment card.
- Make a payment: select "Make a Payment" at the top left.
- Change your card: click "Add New Payment Method" under your current method.
Change your payment schedule or your rings
Email contactus@mytriorings.com or call (855) 697-4647. We can change your schedule, or move the money you have paid to a different ring set.
Cancel your layaway
Contact us at least 1 business day before your next payment. We refund 75% of what you have paid to your original payment method. The other 25% becomes store credit, valid for 6 months, that you can use on any new order.
Paying off early? Let us know 3–4 weeks before you want your rings so we can have them ready. Details
