Yes. We customize rings every day. You can change the metal and gold color, the center stone (shape, size, natural or lab-grown diamond, or a gemstone), the ring sizes, and add engraving. We can also make a new design from your photo or idea.
How to request a custom quote
- Open any ring on mytriorings.com.
- Under the Add to Cart button, click "Make it one of a kind."
- Fill in the short form: your name, email, budget, ring sizes, and what you want to change. You can upload a photo of a design you like.
- Click Send Inquiry. We email you a free quote within 1 business day.
The quote is free and there is no commitment.
After you approve the quote
- We create your order and you pay the same way as any other order, including layaway and financing.
- Your custom ring takes 2–3 weeks to make.
- There is no design fee.
Good to know
- Custom rings are made only for you, so they cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once we start making them.
- We cannot use your own diamonds or gold.
- Only want a different ring size or engraving? You do not need a custom quote. Choose the size on the product page and add engraving at checkout.
