Creating your layaway plan
1. Add your ring to the cart and begin checkout.
2. At the payment step, select “Pay with Partial.ly."
3. Enter your information: Provide your name, email, phone number and shipping address.
4. Configure your plan:
- Start with a $99 deposit to reserve your ring. This deposit applies toward the total cost.
- Choose your payment duration – anywhere from 6 to 12 months.
- Select your payment frequency (weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly).
- Choose your first payment date. This can be the day you place your order or up to 30 days later, giving you flexibility.
5. Review your schedule. Partial.ly generates a full payment schedule showing each due date and amount. Ensure the plan fits your budget.
6. Enter your payment method (debit or credit card) and confirm your plan. Your deposit is charged immediately, and subsequent payments will process automatically according to your schedule.
Congratulations—your layaway plan is active! Your ring will be crafted after your final payment is completed. Production generally takes 2–3 weeks.
Managing your plan
Once your plan is set up, you can:
- Make early payments or delay payments via your Partial.ly customer portal.
- Change your payment method or schedule if your financial situation changes.
- Cancel your plan. If you decide not to complete your plan, contact My Trio Rings support. You’ll receive a refund of 75 % of what you’ve paid so far (some services may be non‑refundable).
Remember, your ring ships only after your final payment has cleared. Layaway is ideal if you weren’t approved for other financing options or prefer to pay gradually without interest.
