Whether it's a ring with a single diamond or one with 300 diamonds, each of those diamonds are set by hand by a specialized craftsperson. This means that, occasionally, diamonds can fall out, especially smaller, clustered stones. This is the nature of ring crafting, but don't worry - we are here to help! Fortunately, Diamond Loss is covered under your 1-year Crafter's Warranty.

If it has been less than a year since you received your ring, and a diamond has fallen out, email our team at warranty@mytriorings.com and we will guide you through the repair process.

Our Extend Protection Plan Covers Diamond Loss!

If you have Extend coverage, and a diamond has fallen out after that 1-year window, follow these easy steps:

  1. Please click on the following link to access the Extend repair portal and click on “File a Claim” https://www.extend.com/customers
  2. Input the email address that was used to create your account
  3. Follow the steps from Extend to receive a shipping label to return the order for the diamond replacement process

No Warranty? No Problem!

If a diamond has fallen out after that 1-year window, and you DON'T have the Extend Protection, we offer an affordable and convenient Diamond Replacement Service. You can add as many as you need to your shopping cart, and check out through our website. It even covers the cost of shipping both ways! Once we receive the Diamond Replacement order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to email you a pre-paid, insured, shipping label.
