Yes. Most of our rings can be resized up or down by a quarter size or more. How far depends on the style.
Gold vermeil rings usually cannot be resized. Contact us and we will explain your options. In most cases the ring has to be remade, and there is a fee for that.
Free resizing within 60 days
If your rings were delivered within the last 60 days, we will resize them for free.
- Email contactus@mytriorings.com with your order number and the new sizes you need.
- We will send you instructions for mailing the rings to us. You pay the shipping to us.
- We resize the rings within 3–5 business days of receiving them and ship them back to you for free.
Please send all the rings you need resized in one package. Free resizing is available once per order.
Resizing after 60 days: $90
Buy the Ring Sizing Service and choose your new size. The $90 includes a prepaid shipping label, resizing, and insured shipping back to you. Resizing takes 3–5 business days after we receive your rings.
If you have an Extend Protection Plan
Resizing is covered. File a claim at extend.com/customers using the email on your order. Extend will send you a shipping label. We email you when your rings arrive and again with tracking when they ship back.
