Exchanges

We want to be absolutely sure you will love and cherish your rings for years to come. Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee allows us to honor complete exchanges for a new ring set, should you fall in love with a different style!

  1. Reach out to us at contactus@mytriorings.com, and let us know you would like to exchange your ring for a new style.
  2. Our support team will provide an RMA (Return Mailing Authorization), and instructions to return the rings back to our office safely.
  3. Once we have received your original ring set back in our office, we will email you to confirm we have the credit on file. This credit will be available upon checkout on your next order.
  4. Once any balance is settled, we will craft that new ring set for you to ship out as soon as they are ready and sparkling!

Upgrades

If you are outside the 60-day window, and would like to upgrade/exchange your ring set, just let us know by following these easy steps:

  1. Send us an email at contactus@mytriorings.com, and let us know you are looking for an upgrade.
  2. Our support team will reply to your email and provide a RMA (Return Mailing Authorization) along with instructions to send the original rings back to us.
  3. Once we have received the rings back at our office, our team will inspect the rings and assess their condition. We offer up to 75% of the original value paid towards a new order, and will let you know what your credit is on file. 
  4. Your credit will be available upon checkout on your next order with the new ring set (of equal or higher value of the original set).
  5. Once any balance is settled, we will craft that new ring set for you to ship out as soon as they are ready and sparkling!
