Every ring is made to order and takes 2–3 weeks to craft. Your ship date was shown at checkout and is in your order confirmation email.

What your order status means
- Order is Being Reviewed: we are checking your order details and billing.
- Order Verification: we need more billing details. Please contact us.
- Layaway: your payment plan is active. Rings are made after your final payment.
- Rings are Being Prepared / Crafted: your rings are being made, sized, and quality checked.
- Order Shipped: your rings are on the way.
When will I get my tracking number?
We email your tracking number on the evening of your ship date. All orders ship with tracking, insurance, and signature required.
If your ship date has passed and you have no tracking email, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Need it sooner?
You can add faster shipping any time before your order ships. Email or call us and we will add it to your order.
