Yes. If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund.
- Reply to your order confirmation email and say you want to cancel. You can also email contactus@mytriorings.com or call (855) 697-4647.
- Include your order number.
- We confirm the cancellation within 1 business day. The refund goes back to your original payment method and can take 1–5 business days to show at your bank.
Good to know
- Custom rings cannot be cancelled or refunded once we start making them.
- Layaway: if you cancel a layaway plan, 75% of what you paid is refunded and 25% becomes store credit for 6 months. Details
- Already shipped? You can return the rings within 60 days of delivery instead. Return policy
- Want a different ring or size instead of cancelling? Tell us and we will change the order.
